Motorcycle Rally Stock Photography Sturgis, South Dakota
We spent a day taking stock photography of the city of Sturgis which is located on the western portion of the State of South Dakota. The Sturgis Motorcycle Museum & Hall of Fame and Gift Shop showcases vintage motorbikes, plus memorabilia and photographs of the longest running motorcycle rally in history. Every year during the first week of August over 500,000 motorcycle riders visit the town of 6,627 people. As you walk through the town you soon realize that Sturgis is the motorcycle capital of the United States. Every shop on the Main Street is a tribute to the motorcycle industry.
